By placing an order through this website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Products

All products are handmade with care and attention to detail.
Due to the handmade nature of the items, small variations in color, size, or texture may occur and do not constitute a defect.

Product descriptions and photos are provided as accurately as possible, but slight differences may occur.

3. Custom and Personalized Products

Many products are custom-made or personalized according to the customer’s specifications.

Once production has started, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.

Personalized or custom-made items are excluded from the right of withdrawal, in accordance with EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16).

4. Prices

All prices are stated in EUR (€).

If applicable:
In accordance with the Kleinunternehmerregelung (§ 6 Abs. 1 Z 27 UStG), no VAT is charged or shown.

Shipping costs are displayed separately during checkout.

5. Payment

Payment is made through the payment methods available on the website
(e.g. Stripe, PayPal, credit card).

Orders will only be processed after full payment has been received.

6. Production Time and Shipping

Production time depends on the product and will be indicated on the product page.

Shipping times may vary depending on destination.
Delays caused by postal services or customs are outside our control.

7. Right of Withdrawal (Non-Personalized Products Only)

For non-personalized, ready-made products, customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must contact us in writing via email.

Returned items must be unused and in their original condition.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

8. Returns and Refunds

Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for return or refund, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

9. Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of the damage.

We will assess the situation and offer a suitable solution (replacement or refund).

10. Liability

We are not liable for damages resulting from improper use of the products.

Our liability is limited to intent and gross negligence, to the extent permitted by law.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, texts, and designs, is the intellectual property of Handmade by Fátima Ferreira and may not be used without written permission.

12. Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Austria.
